• EDUCATION      :           Doctor of Medicine    
• EXPERIENCE     :           1 year relevant experience
• TRAINING         :           4 hours of relevant training

• ELIGIBILITY      :           Republic Act  1080

COMPETENCY

• Must indicate interest, dedication and commitment to help the department's  program and all related activities which the department is involved
• Must have teaching ability, good character and values and integrity
• Must have professional competence and good communication skills.
• Must be willing to attend hospital activities
