Introduction
The department aims to provide a superior training program for the residents and to develop in them the confidence and competence that would reflect on their training experience.The department believes that with close supervision by the consultants, the residents learn best with their clinical judgment and decision making, observe medical ethics, develop the right attitude, making them well-rounded clinicians.
