ANIMAL BITE TREATMENT CENTER
The DRMC Animal Bite Treatment Center (ABTC) is a special unit for the Rabies Prevention and Control Program accredited under the Department of Health.
The DRMC ABTC is located at the ground floor of the OPD building.
Clinic Schedule:
- Monday-Friday (except holidays), 8am-5pm
Services Offered:
- Daily Consultation
- Treatment Regimen for Pre-exposrue Prohylaxis and Post-exposure Prophylaxis provided for free to Animal Bite Patients
- Rabies Vaccine (PVRV or PCECV)
- Rabies Immune Globulin (RIG) with skin testing
- Tetanus Vaccine
- Wound dressing
- Counselling and Health Education to Animal Bite Patients and treatment partners
